Firstly we pride ourselves on first class customer service so we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours of submission.

Project Scoping

The first stage of the process is for us to scope out your project with you and understand the scale and challenges of that project. We want to know exactly what you are trying to achieve then we can usually use our experience to help you plan the execution of your event.

Larger Projects

When the event reaches a certain size or it has some technical challenges we usually suggest a site visit so that we can do a full assessment and help to reduce all risks in your plan.


In all cases, we will supply you with a written quotation that will detail the full costs of the flooring solution for your project. Once given the go-ahead we will reserve the required resources for your project.


We will provide you with accurate plans with regard to the timings for your installation. We are used to working to tight timescales so you can rest assured that come rain or shine the job will be completed.


On the planned day our team will install your flooring. In most cases, this can be done within 8 hours. You can rest assured that our teams are fully trained and are aware of all current Health & Safety legislation.


Removal of the flooring will be completed as planned and the site will be left in the same state that it was found. Our flooring systems will protect your pitch or other surface so this should reduce recovery time for that surface.

Other Factors

You should be aware that our flooring systems are fire retardant by design and have industry leading fire safety properties. They are also slip resistant to ensure the highest levels of safety for your audience or visitors.
