The Challenge

Event Trax were commissioned to provide pedestrian walkway for the Taste of Dublin food festival. The venue was a park in the city centre, Dublin. The event organisers wanted to ensure that their visitors were able to move easily between the attractions that were present at the event, despite the  extremely wet conditions.

Our Solution

We installed interconnecting pedestrian walkways to ensure that the visitors could walk around the site on totally dry surfaces.  The entire installation used about 1,200 sq. metres of Supa Trac flooring as this offers the best ground protection, eliminates problems due to wet conditions and can be used where the ground is uneven. The installation was easily completed and the site was later cleared by our professional crew.

The Outcome

The installation and removal was completed exactly as planned and the flooring system performed as expected allowing the visitors to access all public areas of the site. Our client was very satisfied by the solution supplied and the speed of installation and removal.
